Job Summary:

The AI Data Analyst (Security Behavior Analytics) will collect, process, and analyze large-scale visual and behavioral datasets from surveillance and robot sensors.You will collaborate with AI and Computer Vision teams to define human behavior patterns, detect anomalies, and support the training and evaluation of behavior recognition models.
This role bridges data science, computer vision, and security analytics to enhance the decision-making ability of humanoid and autonomous robots.

Reports to: Head of AI Application.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collect, clean, and organize visual and sensor data (camera, LiDAR, IMU, GPS) from robots and security systems.
  • Label and annotate human behaviors such as walking, standing, loitering, fighting, or falling.
  • Perform exploratory data analysis (EDA) to identify patterns, trends, and correlations in human activity data.
  • Support the Computer Vision and AI teams by preparing high-quality training datasets for pose estimation, action recognition, and anomaly detection.
  • Monitor and evaluate model performance metrics (precision, recall, F1-score) and identify false positives/negatives for continuous improvement.
  • Build dashboards and data pipelines to visualize security events, system alerts, and behavior analytics in real time.
  • Work closely with robotic control and perception teams to integrate insights into operational robot behaviors.

Requirements:

Must Have:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field
  • Strong experience with Python and analytical libraries (Pandas, NumPy, Matplotlib, Seaborn, Scikit-learn).
  • Proficiency in data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, or Dash).
  • Familiarity with SQL and data pipeline tools (Airflow, Prefect, or similar).
  • Understanding of time-series and event-based data analysis.
  • Experience working with video datasets or sensor data from cameras, drones, or robots.

Nice to Have:

  • Knowledge of computer vision concepts (pose estimation, object tracking, activity recognition).
  • Experience using labeling tools (CVAT, Label Studio, Roboflow).
  • Background in behavioral or anomaly detection analytics for security/surveillance systems
  • Experience collaborating with AI research teams or robotics projects.
  • Familiarity with machine learning pipelines and MLOps environments.
