Key Responsibilities:

• Set up and manage the overall legal and compliance framework for the company, ensuring alignment with both local and international standards.
• Advise and recommend practical legal solutions for issues related to corporate law, intellectual property, investment, labor, and operational regulations.
• Coordinate and supervise the legal setup, licensing, and ongoing compliance of the company’s overseas entities — particularly in the U.S. — in close collaboration with the U.S. legal representative.
• Oversee and proactively manage legal compliance and business risks, ensuring accurate reporting and alignment with the Board’s direction.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Law; Vietnamese Lawyer License is required
• 5+ years of experience in legal roles
• Proven experience in setting up or managing legal structures for overseas companies (U.S. or other markets).
• Strong knowledge of Vietnamese corporate, commercial, and labor laws; understanding of international legal frameworks.
• Excellent English communication skills (both written and verbal).
• Strong sense of ownership, responsibility, and business partnership mindset.
• Ability to work independently and cross-functionally across time zones.
